I heard about this product through a Korean youtuber I've watched for years, and I love following all her different ideas for eating it. You can pour it over yogurt, into a glass of sparkling water (I have a sparkling water maker!), or just have it by itself if you want something quick and on the go. It's really convenient and it's really nice to feel like it's a little self-care treat on the train during my commute. I have dry sensitive skin and I think it is helping my skin too.

It tastes like an orange but a little bitterness on it. Pretty convenient to carry and it, though. I usually have bad skin during the period, but I'm not feeling that for this period, perhaps thanks to this product.

Tastes pretty good - I like the orange flavor! The sticks are also small and convenient. I’ve been mostly drinking it directly from the pouch, but you can also mix it with water.
