Does the job but it wasn’t what I expected. The foam thingy doesn’t really work, it barely eject soap and had to buy a separate foam cannon.

An upgrade on our old system and we are thrilled with it. We got the wide cleaning attachment and it made the job a lot quicker. Husband said it’s a game changer for cleaning the car

We all had pressure washers before, our old k2 was ok but cleaning the flags and patio was a slow process. I had seen the adverts etc and bit the bullet and bought one, I was prepared for it to be .. not as good as advertised, but as shown in the video, it takes minutes to clean a path that’s not been done for maybe 3 yrs.. it actually works and I really quick and easy… shocked. Karcher please put put some effort it to pipe and mains cable management , yeah pretty picture on the box.. in the real world you end up wrapping in round the device as it won’t hang on one hook. Stop wasting time and effort on pointless Bluetooth work, who actually needs its it? Fix the cable management then it’s perfect

This Karcher K5 is a really good machine and the patio cleaner works very well on my suspended tile patio. But beware, Kärcher seems to have an issue with quality control which was very frustrating. After assembling the machine, the pressure hose dropped off…..after some head scratching it became clear that the little clip that holds the hose in to the elbow on the machine end had never been fitted at the factory! Luckily Amazon also sell this clip but my pressure washing plans had to be put off by a few days. Amazon dealt with the issue very fairly by offering a partial refund so well done Amazon customer care….. less well done to karcher for letting the machine out of the factory in this state in the first place.

It arrived when expected and was straight forward to assemble, after a few false starts and a bit of back tracking. However, two of the supports that hold on the mesh, for holding tools, were damaged. One was missing and the other was hanging by a thread. Once I tried to put the mesh on, the support that was hanging by a tread broke off. However, I managed to super glue it back on and it is holding so far. I am not intending to use the mesh compartment, so I am not overly worried about it. Otherwise, the washer is as good as I was hoping for.
