Can I use the rack to roast at high temps?

The rack has a coating and the small print says do not use above 400 degrees. I had to buy another uncoated rack for high temp roasting.

Is the Deluxe edition heavier gauge or better quality?

I don’t think so. The sheet pan quality is excellent. The deluxe part is I guess the oven rack. But the rack is not made by Nordic ware and is covered in a cheap non stick coating that is only oven safe until 400. I ended up having to buy a better quality rack that was stainless steel and oven safe to 500.

Is it the same size as other nordic half sheet baking pan? will my nordic lid fit?

The pans are a standard size. There shouldn’t be any problems.
