Purchased to replace more expensive brand of similar item and seems to be working just as well. This product includes D-mannose and the other did not. Not sure yet if this is a benefit or not as it was not required by my doctor. There is really no taste or smell to speak of. Have no side effects after a weeks use. Good expiration date. I am using this to improve my bladder lining from diagnosed interstitial cystitis and it works. Will definitely purchase again.

The best I have found for interstitial cystitis. Although it seems expensive their price on Aloe Vera capsules is competitive if not cheeper then most brands. I have pretty bad interstitial cystitis that causes irritation and pain mostly from acidic foods. My Urologist/OBGYN specialist recommended dried aloe. I take the recommended 3 capsules every morning and a 2nd dose in the evenly only if I'm having a flair up or know I'll be indulging in some problematic dinner foods/drinks. I find it works better then the Desert Harvest brand, I think because it has the D-Mannose, as this is the only ingredient that is different. The bands otherwise have the same mg's of Aloe Vera and Calcium Carbonate. This does not really help with leakage cause by some acidic foods fyi.

Works well for my interstitial cystitis

The works! I have interstitial cystitis and have been able to manage it by diet, but it was becoming painful. This product worked for me within a week. I take one am & pm. Everyone is different, but I’m a grateful for finding this aloe as it gave me relief.

This is a quality product but I realized it contains something that I can't have so I couldn't return it and that's my loss but at least I tried it

My go to when I have an IC flare. It’s… game changing (as long as my diet is also changed, this won’t work unless you actually stick to a IC diet.) I was sad when it was out of stock for a long time and used aloe Vera supplements with d manouse, but it wasn’t as effective as this specific product.

I hesitated on buying these because of the price but was so happy when the seller had a coupon available! This is a very full bottle. Will last awhile! The pills are bigger but not hard to swallow at all for me.

I took this for help with my IC (Bladder pain syndrome) for several days and it caused me severe burning & itching with urination with extreme frequency & urgency. As soon as I stopped taking this product, all of the symptoms went away. My expectations were not met and I was pretty disappointed because it is expensive. I was, however, able to receive a full refund.
