We recently purchased this Bamboo Mattress Protector with Zipper for our king-size bed and have been very impressed. The material is soft and comfortable, unlike some mattress protectors that feel plastic-like or make noise when you move around. This one is quiet, breathable, and doesn’t seem to affect the comfort of our mattress at all. The zippered encasement design completely surrounds the mattress, which gives us added peace of mind compared to a standard fitted protector. Installation was straightforward, and the zipper feels sturdy and well-made. We especially appreciate that it’s waterproof while still remaining cool and comfortable to sleep on. Living in Texas, staying cool at night is important, and this protector doesn’t trap heat like some others we’ve tried. Overall, this appears to be a high-quality product at a reasonable price. If you’re looking for a soft, quiet, fully enclosed waterproof mattress protector, this is an excellent choice. We would definitely purchase it again

Delighted with this purchase for a Queen size bed. Good manufacturer packaging and if your mattress is not too hefty, relatively straight forward for one person to slide over the mattress, like putting a duvet into a duvet cover starting from the bottom and sliding the cover up (moving up under and over the mattress, then finally zipping). A thin cover, as should be, as not a mattress topper but a protective cover. I found that it did not have a smell, or make a rustling noise, or move around when the sheets were on. Note, if you have thin white sheets the pattern will show through but not a deal breaker for me. Also note, you are supposed to wash in hot water before using as another reviewer first mentioned.

Excellent quality! Very soft feel to the top fabric, and it feels very breathable. I don't think it will hold heat when the summer months arrive. Stitching is tiny and seems good quality, leaving no worry about torn seams. The fabric on the lower portion is airy and just slippy enough that it easily slid onto and under my rather heavy queen mattress without having to stand it up, however I've slept on it for over a month now (under sheets) and it hasn't shifted or twisted on the mattress either so it doesn't slide around thanks to the snug fit. My mattress is a 12 inch thick queen and the elastic is tight enough to hold it in place even tho it could probably fit easily over one up to 14 inches thick. There is a VERY faint crinkle noise when handling the fabric but it doesn't crinkle under you when you're lying on it or rolling around. I haven't spilled anything on it so I can't speak to it's liquid resistance but it does feel like the top fabric offers a good layer of protection. Mostly I purchased this to prolong the life of my new mattress and I think it will do a wonderful job of that without compromising any comfort. Highly recommend

I'm giving this 5 stars. I have an older Costco Nova memory foam mattress. It's thick, and spongey, but even after 10 years still sleeps like a dream The original Costco encasement gave up the ghost with big dogs and a plus size person, so we replaced it with something else that was inferior. This cover fit the deep corners, has a comfortable top, doesn't feel plasticy. We did not wash it beforehand and it still went on fairly easily with two people working it flat on the bedframe (hint: turn it almost completely inside out, and slide it over itself as you pull it on). It feels nice as a memory foam encasement! The zipper wasn't a problem, but I can see how one good yank could ruin it. I may get a second one to go over this first one, just to protect the memory foam sponge mattress even further.

Good, cheap mattress wrap that has a zipper. Great for the price, but I wish it was a bit more padded/soft being bamboo. Other than that, it fit well. Made an older mattress look brand new. Hopefully it lasts!

I’ve only had this for a week, but can already tell you this is a game changer. Our cat unfortunately peed on this the very next day after we first put it on. I was so bummed and didn’t expect it or the mattress underneath to actually be fine still, but it turns out this bamboo protector actually is waterproof. The pee did not penetrate into the mattress which is crazy to me. Also, it was very easy to scrub with enzyme cleaner/ hand wash the scent out of. It also dried quickly even though the protector is thick! It feels like an extra cushy layer on our bed. It is a full encasement which is a huge plus to keep mattress clean and protected from anything. So yeah as of now, it has already proven to be durable, functional, comfortable and actually waterproof. Oh, and I bought it for the cooling effect originally. I think it lives up to that too. Haven’t woken up with night sweats since we’ve had this on so far. It’s super soft and makes no noise when sleeping on it. Edit: I decided to buy another one for a different bed and again, what luck, the first day I found a water bottle had spilled over and basically made a puddle. So I knew that even though last time the cat pee didn’t soak through, this time at least the saturated water would have soaked through to the mattress underneath. I unzipped it and amazingly it didn’t soak through? Like this was basically a puddle of water that had been sitting on there for at least 2-3 hours+. Also, I wiped it up with a towel and it ended up drying so much faster than anything else would’ve done. Honestly, feel very lucky to have found this!!!

Very soft, very comfortable. Fabric does not feel like plastic like so many others does. Has a very large zipper to go around the end so it fits on easily and slides very smoothly. Poured water on it did not leak through at all so I appreciate how waterproof it really is. My mattress is 10 in thick and it still has a little bit of room so I could do a 12-in mattress it would still fit in.

This is a really nice material, it has no smell. It's got a large opening so it was easy to put on a queen mattress, by myself. Would recommend.

Needs 2 people to fit it.
