The size is just right at 7.76" x 4.93" — big enough to cover areas like the knee, shoulder, or ankle, but still compact enough to use on smaller spots like an elbow or even after dental work. One thing I really like is how flexible it stays when frozen. It molds nicely around whatever area you’re treating instead of feeling stiff or awkward. Works great, I live the soft side with the elastic strap it makes it easier to hold in place. Works perfectly when heating in the microwave or cold in the freezer.

Good quality ice pack. I used this repeatedly when I broke my arm and had to wait 9 days for surgery. Worked well.

I loved how small these were and how comfortable they were to use. They had a nice soft side and then the other was a cold side. It doesnt stay as cold as a regular ice pack would and It has broke open in the past from me laying my face on it at night

These are soft enough to use. When they freeze, they freeze hard. I haven't tried them hot yet only cold.

✅ I was very satisfied when I received this because it is a soft fabric on one side and clear vinyl on the other. The beads make it cute, and the pack remains flexible even when frozen. ❌ But in use, I have found that this pack does not stay cold nearly as long as others; I assume because the beads don’t retain the cold as well as a gel or solid substance. 🤷‍♀️ I knew the size before I purchased it so, this is not a criticism of the product. For my use, I would have preferred a little larger pack. This is about the size of a hand, so it would be good for a sore tooth or smaller area. The fabric side would shield the skin from getting too cold.

Use these for my medically fragile child for temperature regulation. Love the soft feel on her opposed to the hard ice packs. Tuck them in beside her in her wheelchair or swing in the summer time .

Mantiene bien el calor y resulta cómoda de colocar gracias a su formato. Un aspecto a considerar es que no se especifica claramente que el calentamiento está pensado para microondas, lo cual podría ser un inconveniente para quienes no disponen de uno. En mi caso, la he calentado a baño María y el resultado ha sido incluso mejor, ya que conserva el calor por más tiempo. No la he probado en frío, por lo que no puedo opinar sobre ese uso. En general, es una opción funcional para terapias localizadas en zonas pequeñas.
