After suffering with intense back pain and muscle contractions I visited my chiropractor and he put me on his decompression table, which gave me relief. At fifty dollars a visit, I began to search for a way to do it myself. This device was the answer for me. I drove an average of 7 hours a day on the Christmas holiday for three days each way. The device fit in my suitcase, so I could use it before retiring for the night. NO BACK PAIN for the entire vacation! Thank you for inventing this device. I am thrilled to be able to control my back issues in the comfort of my own home, and when necessary, on the road. Now that my back is in better shape, I only need to use it every other day.

It really work, believe it or not. I am chronic back pain sufferer & this helps alot

I don't use it every day but when I do use it I feel it. It feels like a deep stretch in my lower back. You have to read the directions to ensure you're placing it where it's supposed to be effective. If you don't, you won't feel it where you need it. I like it but need to use it more.

Good for stretching my legs....does nothing for spinal stenosis.

I ran this purchase by my chiropractor, and he agreed it would be helpful in my recovery. I've been using it for just over a week now and I'm beginning to notice improvements in my back already. As someone who has had back problems for 17-years, including a spinal fusion, I can whole-heartedly say that this device works! I immediately felt taller after just 5-10 seconds of using the device! Your back will be sore on the 2nd and 3rd day of using it but that will go away with consistent use (I use it twice a day for only 15-30 at a time). I would recommend this!

Perhaps I don't know what I'm doing, but this product didn't do what I'd expected of it. Don't waste your money.
