Good quality product, and as advertised. Used it for sound absorption in my auto 'interior'. I do not recommend it for wet / very humid environment.

Definitely not an inch thick. Other than that it'll serve the purpose for a little noise insulation. Easy to cut and work with with. Good value.

Although it is pretty thin, I was ok with that because I planned to fold it a few times and use it as insulation for my air conditioner, inside the cover, during the winter months to keep the cold from getting in the house. It helped a little - but not too much. I ended up adding rigid foam insulation - which helped a bit better. I did like that it was easy to cut and use - without any itch factor; it feels like felt. I ended up using it as padding for a recliner, and it was fine for that.

This is exactly as advertised. I would recommend this insulation if you want a good alternative to the fiberglass kind. Your don't need any special PPE to use it which is nice.

Was looking for a great quality insulation not too big just to fill in some small space in-between the walls and hole made for hood extractor fan area.

Really worked well as replacement for the damaged insulation on our built in dishwashers. It took two full packages to do our dishwasher. Great sound dampening as well.
