This is the first time we purchased an Axvolt product. It was relatively cheaper compared to some other popular brands. However, we decided to try the 2000W voltage transformer mainly because it is made in India and had good verified reviews. The shipment came on time and the packaging was good. The transformer is quite heavy indicating it has good quality windings inside. It feels durable and there is no audible noise except for an initial hum when first switched on. We have been using it on various 110V kitchen appliances for a month now and have only good things to say. After speaking to the Axvolt representative (customer service is good too), I learnt 2 things which may be useful for other users: 1. Transformers which are rated 2000W come with a larger size 3-pin plug (15A). So, you can use it in the kitchen where there are larger sockets for kitchen appliances like instant pot, mixer, etc. If you intend to use it for TVs or other lower wattage rated electronics, you would either need a 15A to 5A plug converter or a 1500W transformer would be the better option since I understand it comes with a 5A plug. 2. This also contains one Indian plug socket which can be used for any auxiliary Indian electronics. For example, a USA plug TV can be plugged into the 110V socket but an Indian set top box can be plugged into the Indian plug socket without the need of an extension box. This seems a useful feature to me. Overall, we are very satisfied with this product quality and proud to see that it is made in India. We intend to purchase another Axvolt transformer in the near future. This is a great value-for-money buy and I highly recommend it for everyone.

I bought this product for a zojirushi np-nwc10xb rice cooker that was gifted. It has been used multiple times over the past 10 days now. It does what it says on the box and does it splendidly. It can can handle upto 2000W but just to verify I have plugged in 3 devices 2 at 110V and one at 230V for a total draw of 1700W peak draw just to check. It worked perfectly fine without complaints. This was done just to check. However please do not draw more that 70% of rated output at any time. I would happily recommend this product to anyone looking for a good step down (220V to 110V) transformer. However please check the peak draw of your appliance before making a purchase. My rice cooker has a peak draw of about 1300W hence went for the 2000W unit.

It’s working as expected. There is some slight buzzing sound after prolonged use. I bought the 2000W adapter and the plug pin is large 16amp pin. The seller should include the 16amp to 6 amp adapter in the package itself (which costs only Rs 100 which is less than 5% of the total cost). They are making customers go to the electrical store again to buy more parts - which is terrible experience.

I had been looking for a voltage converter for my home theatre system. I found AXVOLT to be of excellent value. It has great design and my USA manufactured home theatre is running quite well. AXVOLT management is excellent and are open for feedbacks for improvements to serve customers better as they took my feedback on call as well. They have provided 2 years extended warranty as well without cost.

I purchased the Axvolt 2000W transformer to use with my 1200W Ninja blender, but unfortunately, it is not functioning as expected. The transformer doesn’t perform as shown in the video and pictures. I received this product on October 1st, so it’s still under warranty, but I’m not sure how to claim the warranty. Could someone from the seller’s side please assist me with replacing this item? Your prompt help would be greatly appreciated.

Bought this AXVOLT 2000 Watts converter for my 55 inch smart tv 📺 and it works fine. I left the power on overnight felt the heat on converter but customer service mentioned that due to frequency difference.. we feel the heat however no harm. I feel when not in use better switch it off the converter that feels me safe. Also it has 230v output socket just in case setup box need to connect. Overall seems good 👍

I have been using the step down converter since a month and have not faced any issues. I would recommend people to buy this product
