Product AND Customer service!
First things first I went ahead and installed the rear rotors and rear pads. They went in flawlessly were a perfect fit and function. Amazing for my wife’s 2019 Volkswagen Atlas now comes a great part. The customer service for this company has been amazing. UPS lost one of the front rotors which is why they haven’t been installed yet, as soon as I informed the company, they assured me they would handle things on their end with UPS and went ahead and sent me out of front new rotor. I can’t wait for it to arrive to get this install completed.

They squeal
So, the brakes work well. No issues there. However, it squeals every time I brake. Not sure how to get rid of that sound. Hence my 3 stars. Without it, I'd give it 5 stars.

Good value brakes
I has some issues with delivery, the packages did not arrive together even though the shipper confirmed it to be complete. Remaining packages did arrive after a few days. Great value and look to be good quality. Fitment went very well. Time will tell if these last like the OEM brakes but I am happy with first drives.

Perfect VW Atlas Fitment.
Product and quality was comparable to OE. No funny brake noises after installed like some aftermarket brake parts. Perfect fitment. Came with all brake pad guides and clips.

Happy customer
Purchased this kit for my 2018 Atlas. Everything installed smooth. Rear brake anti rattle clips don't sit exactly the same as originals but not a huge difference. I just reinstalled the originals.
