Fantastic Buy
One of the best Items I have bought since I been a member of Amazon. Pole is Very Long no exaggeration and the tools are easy to use. In Texas there is a problem with mold on the side of homes depending on the sun. This let me reach at the houses highest point. You cant go wrong with this product.

Deserves low ratings. Returned.
One of the most poorly China made products I've seen. Impossible to mount blades straight on handle. Tiny screws easy to lose and awkward to tighten. I never made it to actual use. Lousy build quality. Rubbers don't tighten down. 20" rubber not trimmed square. Stay away!

Squeegee Not included in Window Washing Kit-
The exact description pasted below would lead one to believe a squeegee might be included but unless you read the fine print it is sold separately...but they did give me a nice duster I have no use for. The pole itself is nice but disappointed with the misleading advertisement.
