How do you say you cannot guarantee the height of a tree, a tape measure will pretty much guarantee it. Do you have a 1.5m tree to sell?

Hi, is the 1.5m mandarin tree really 1.5m .. it looks to be described as 1-1.5m which means it could be a chap 1m tree, please confirm?

This is supplied in a 5 litre pot, height and spread varies depending on the season and the trees themselves and therefore we are unable to guarantee the exact height of a tree on despatch. Nice tree but way smaller than listed !

Listing says this tree is between 100cm and 150cms tall. It turns out to be less than 75cms (at best). Disappointing !
