Bonoda Brass Table Pins w/Sockets 20 Sets

This product solved my problem of connecting two pieces of wood together exactly the same each time I put them together. They were relatively easy to install and work great at a good price.

I purchased these to fix a butterfly table leaf who's pins had broken. I did have to drill the holes a bit deeper as I didn't consider depth when purchasing, but these did exactly what I needed them to do. Table is fixed. As others have said, the male piece does not fit tightly into the female piece, but that was not a requirement for my situation.

The pin measures 0.181" and the hole measures 0.197". I was hoping for a closer fit, so I will likely press a short piece of brass tubing onto the pin and then turn it down with a lathe to 0.192" or so. The outside dimension (0.315" with a straight knurl) that interfaces with the wood should work fine for a 5/16" diameter hole in the wood. So, if you need very precise alignment, these might not be the best for you, unless you have access to a lathe to do some modifications.

Very sturdy for table leaves

I built some new leaves for a table and wanted alignment pins. These were reasonably priced and worked as expected.

First time purchasing these and definitely will be purchasing more!

I thought these pins might be a little small, but they worked perfectly for the extensions on this farmhouse table I built. Great product!
