I only received on bag instead of the five that were advertised. I had mistakenly clicked on the "order again" since I've purchased the same amount three times in the past and thought I was purchasing from the Bob's Red Mill Site again. When I tried to contact the company I found that there isn't any method to talk to a person, only emails and a computer generated realtime "agent." I instead called Amazon customer service and that agent emailed the company on my behalf and assured me my money would be refunded if the iherb didn't honor their advertised price / amount ordered. I went directly to the Bob's Red Mill site and ordered what I wanted. We thicken my wife's mother's liquids due to her severe swallowing issues. I'm not holding my breath regarding a satisfactory outcome. I noticed I'm not the only person complaining of the same issue with this site / company.

The item is listed as a 5-pack for $17ish. Great deal, right? Well, I only got single quantities, which means I paid about double the price at my local megamart. I contacted Amazon (did you know there's an Amazon message center? I did NOT.) and was told it was a mistake, but the listing still shows a 5 pack for that price.

This review is not about quality but rather the description of what I was buying, I thought I was getting a 5 pk for a good price like it said in the description but instead I got 1 over priced pk. After reading the reviews obviously I wasn’t the first to be deceived by false advertising
