Where exactly do you buy replacement blades?

Amazon has replacement blades. I had an Oster pet groomer for 20 years and show groomed two cocker spaniels, the blade never wore out. If you keep it clean and oiled it should last a long time.

I don't remember there being one or not. Just start with the longest attachment that works for your dogs needs.

What's the decibel sound level it puts out?

Very quiet. My dogs were always afraid of the noise but these are so quiet if my dogs don't see them they don't know what I have.
