This pillow has made sleeping on my side more comfortable; no more ear-cartilage aching. I did remove the strap and don’t find it necessary while in bed (maybe it’s useful for using the pillow while sitting up on plane rides or long car rides). I also like that it has a zipper for removing filling to launder the cover.

I am going to return the product ---I purchased a more expensive "pain pillow" from Amazon which is out for delivery. Hopefully, it will satisfy my need to sleep comfortably on my left side without further damaging my left ear. SUMMARY:The product that I am returning is cheaply made and not suitable for my needs.

This is exactly what I wanted. It's snug but not too restrictive, so it actually stays on and doesn't slide around. I move around alot in my sleep but this stayed in placed. The pillow is small enough that it doesn't prop my neck in an uncomfortable position, but it's big enough that my ear fits in it. Very happy.

I purchased this product because I got a cartilage piercing on my dominant sleeping side and was having a difficult time trying to sleep. This product is just OK. The ear hole is too small and still puts pressure on my ear when I'm sleeping on it. If you're purchasing this product for this purpose, I would suggest a larger pillow or perhaps a J-shaped pillow. I used a shawl to roll up into a doughnut and it actually works better than this, but the fabric texture snags my piercings, whereas this product does not.

This works for ear pain. I just wish it had something to zip off and wash. Oh, and I wish it came in other colors. That beings said, I don’t lose it in the bed! Lol I didn’t give it 5 stars because of the 2 things I mentioned, but it does work for it’s intended purpose.

I got this pillow to help after I had a skin graft on my ear. It works great, and I still sleep with it because my ear still has some sensitivity.

Sleeping - I do not turnover in my sleep and consequently when I woke up each morning for some reason the cartilage part of my ear seems to take all the pressure during the night. I do not wake up for at least 6 hours due to medication and sleep deep.

Bought for my mother as she was having ear pain while lying down, has used this pillow for a few weeks when ear is giving her problems and is totally happy with it

So happy that I bough it.Couldn’t sleep when made new holes in my ears😵‍💫This pillow really helped. Still using when do some face procedures or making night curls.
