what is the sticker thing that comes with the box?

Please refer to the picture in the last but one. The sticker is used to cover the buttons to keep them from dust. It's OPTIONAL. You can choose to use it or ignore it.

How do you get the dang thing off if you have to access the key in the fob? i've tried everything!

For the FRONT piece, there are 4 clips(used to connect to the silver bar). They are all in the middle of 4 sides. Start from the left middle clip(long side). Use the fingernail(better) or the small screwdriver(attached in the box) to open it. Then the rest clips are much easier
