But..... wait for it..... Ferrero Rocher is an item that, hands down, is a guaranteed smile. The packaging is very pleasing to the eye and very gift like. The portion size pieces are perfect. The colorful foil delights the ones who opens it. Of course, as I have been told, the product is delicious and exceeds the presentation. The beautiful thing about the 12 and 24 packs are that they are a very affordable way to bring a smile to someones day. For just a few dollars, you get a delivery truck to their door, they get a "mystery box", the suspense heightens, they open it, and take out this beautiful and shiny box of chocolates. Then the best part, they eat it, they love it, and they smile. You have just turned someone's frown upside down. You probably sent it to cheer them up. What you did was completely change their mood, and the rest of their day. Whatever was bothering them, just got a little easier to deal with. The chocolate was wrapped very well with hard plastic coating to protect the chocolate from getting smooshed.. It also came with freezer packs although they were warm water by the time I got them which was about 3 days shipping time. The chocolate was not melted and tasted very good. Okay for the money but I had misread the date and tried to cancel my order just a few hours after ordering as I wanted for birthday gift for friend but they would not cancel. No biggie but one less star for not cancelling as requested especially when I put it wouldn't be received in time. My mistake I own it but still. I will eat it anyway but probably won't order again unless I can give lead time of a few days.
