Sturdy cloth stand.
The cloth stand is sturdy and also the height of the stand is appropriate but my only complain is that the screws for the hooks were not given and I couldn't put the hooks on. Otherwise it was also pretty easy to assemble.

Worst Product.
Really tested my patience. I decided to go ahead with this purchase despite seeing a few negative reviews however my experience turned out to be worse. The product arrived with missing parts, one of the rods was bent and overall, the build quality felt fragile and far from sturdy contrary to what was advertised. I immediately requested a return, which was scheduled for the very next day through the app. However, no pickup was attempted - no call, no update, nothing. It has now been three days with zero action. Extremely disappointing experience, both in terms of product quality and customer service.

Stability and screws
The product looks good, ad it was easy to assemble, but there are 2 major problems. First, it's not very stable, moves sideways. Second, the screws head are not depth, so it slips and get damage easily.

Good, minimal hanger rack that fits well in small spaces. Easy to assemble and sturdy for daily use. There was a small dent in one of the pipes on delivery, but it doesnโt affect functionality. Overall, a practical and neat addition.

Not easy to assemble
No installation instructions or tools. Stupid engineering design makes it impossible to assemble the top two U- bars without hard hammering. Overall fair value for price!
