Gardening on any scale is an art of patience as it takes years to enrich the chain of soil. For years I haven't thrown away leaves and put kitchen scraps out every day. Eventually I began to use only rainwater. These measures led to a fairly balanced PH good enough to grow any vegetable we need. Just in case in the future if we need organic sulfur at low levels using this product at much lower doses may suffice. First we would have to run out of organic matter the worms and insects enjoy as they also produce some sulfur.

I have two different types of blueberry bushes growing in the same area. One of them developed yellow leaves with green veins. I thought my problem with either too high pH or nitrogen deficiency. My pH was about 6.7. I had previously added plant food for acid-loving plants with no change. I added sulfur (this product) to lower the pH and added iron. There had been no change after three weeks. Understand that I’m not blaming the product. I just still need to figure out what the problem is.

Must have pH tester and soil testing to see when you need. I had plants in pots with issues and found alkaline to high. Added this crap and thing improved in a few days. If you are new to planting in pots (recommend terracotta pots for moisture retention) buy pH tester an follow corrections to soil. Major improvements

I purchased the fast acting sulfur to help acidify our azalea bed better than it was by the fertilizer I had used. After it rained, the azaleas started to get better new growth and are back on track to being healthy. I'm happy with the results and will buy this product again.
