The best one among such devices.
Used and tried different such tap extenders. Found this one to be the best of all others and also reasonable priced.. The best part is; it can be cleaned the water scaling very easily. Unscrew. Take out the metal plate. clean with scale removing agent and fit it back for original flow.

Received damaged product.
The filter was broken in the place where the water comes out. I noticed this while assembling the product but still tried to install as it as. But water started leaking from the side where it was broken. Since I know a thing or two about fixing broken plastic, I used a pvc seal tape to completely seal the part where the water was leaking and started to use it. It fixed the issue but in doing so, I have to now reseal the broken part everytime I remove the filter to clean sediments that accumulate overtime.
