Great buy
I bought this to remove my birds band on their leg. It cut it right off. You have to make 2 cuts it worked perfectly. Great price too!!

Not for bird leg removal.
I used this in an attempt to remove a closed leg band from my parakeet. It was extremely difficult to cut and ended up seriously injuring my bird. I can in no way recommend this for bird band removal. But probably works great for other uses.
