This stuff really works. I have a tooth that needs to be pulled but having to wait a little longer than anticipated. Cavity is very deep and sensitive. Within minutes this will numb the pain. I like that it comes with cotton pellets and tweezers for easier application. My advice would be to surround the area around the tooth with cotton balls prior to putting this in the cavity, as the liquid does spread easily and tastes extremely strong, getting it on the tongue is not ideal. Works faster and lasts longer than oragel. It’s not a pleasant experience overall because tooth pain is excruciating but it does make it tolerable enough to wait for a dental appointment. Between this and ibuprofen/tylenol I’ve been able to manage pain fairly well considering how bad the cavity is.

Works, tastes gross. Is litteraly just condesned clover oil. Does work, does numb, taste bad. But worth the taste.

Got a toothache? You need this. Had oral surgery? You need this. I've used this for toothaches since I was 16. I'm 63 now and still using it when needed. I keep a bottle in my medicine chest at ALL times (and one in my doomsday bag). The clove oil works like a charm, numbing the area, and helping reduce any inflammation. Having had oral surgery myself a week ago, I needed this tincture as my wound got infected. I doused the area with this every few hours until I could get back to the surgeon and get antibiotics. If not for this I couldn't have stood the pain and pressure that was happening in my gum. The oil itself is clove. So,If you can't stand the smell or taste of cloves you're going to hate this. It does tend to have a burning sensation when you apply it, but that goes away in a few minutes. If you're chicken you'll hate this. It also makes you salivate so be prepared to spit that out. Salivating lasts seconds. Just stick with it. Grin and bear it. This will help. It's NOT a cure all and won't make a bad tooth better, but it is relief through numbing the area, until you can see a dentist. It comes with tiny cotton balls and tweezers. The tweezers are useless in my opinion (the ones in my new pack were all bent out of shape). Personally I don't use the cotton balls, I dip a q-tip in the bottle and then swipe the gum with the q-tip. Much easier and faster than faffing about with the tiny swabs and tweezers. I guess if you had to fill a cavity hole the cotton balls would be useful. Try it. Keep it on hand. It's relief in a tiny bottle.

Effective painkiller do not get it on your lips or your tongue. It will create a burning sensation and has an aftertaste. That’s not an issue when you have a toothache. Read directions entirely before using
