S.R. Smith VLLS-103S 3-Step Elite with Stainless Steel Steps Pool Ladder, Stainless Steel

Very nice pool ladder. Good quality. Easy assembly. Steps are stainless steel with non skid strips (seemed to be some confusion about stainless va plastic steps in what we read in reviews). Only disappointment was the escutcheons did not come with ladder. While not listed/advertised as part, I felt they should have been included with the price SR Smith charges for this ladder. Our ladder has been in the pool about a month now - no issues with it rusting or turning black or any of the things I read in some reviews. It still looks as new as the day it went in the pool.

Quality ladder, first order was shipped without steps.....no problems Amazon emailed a shipping label and ordered a second unit to be shipped to me. Second ladder arrived with all parts and delivered asap. Easy to assemble and looks good in the pool.For the price don't think you can go wrong.

I ordered the 3 step elite ladder and got a 3 bend handrail. granted the quality is good but its definitely not what I ordered.

Delivery was fast and the the price was much better than any of my local suppliers. No instructions were supplied with the unit and it arrives with full assembly required. The clearance between the nuts and the inside of the steps is very limited. you must use an open end wrench to tighten the nuts that secure the step. More clearance in this critical area would have been better but this is a minor design and manufacturing issue that does not affect the use or operation of the ladder.

I bought this after watching the Warehouse price fluctuate over a 1 month period. This model was a real bargain because it has the nice stainless steel treads One thing worth noting is that the packaging was so beaten up I felt compelled to photograph it before to delivery person left. I need not have worried because any small parts were vac-packed ttogether very well at the factory.

Ladder arrived in record time. This is a sturdy, high quality Stainless Steel product that will last in a pool for many years. The construction is precision fit for all hardware. Looking forward to some hot summer days of fun.

Just poured a new deck and this ladder works well for my grandchildren. A bit short at the top only compared to the 60 year old ladder that I replaced. I recommend this item.

Fit was very good and very sturdy. However, after about two weeks in my Salt Pool, the entire ladder below the waterline turned Black. Trying to figure out why this happened. the black rubs off on your hands when touched. I am not very happy with this look.
