This bass is pretty great for a beginner. But fair warning: it could possibly delay the delivery date, i was supposed to get the bass on the 5th of September, it didn’t arrive until 3 days later. Overall it was worth the wait, came in good condition, bass is amazing, AMP is meh, I’d recommend a better amp and better strap, everything else is perfect

The guitar is very nice, easyto play, it's lightweight. It feels great, it's a great by for the price.

I really like the bass. I knew from the start based on others reviews the guitar strings done hold up to tuning. I’m purchasing better strings and I’m confident that issue will be resolved. The amp is well let’s say less than desirable. You get what you pay for…. But they tried…. Thanks

My son (12) bought this for himself for Christmas. It comes with everything you need to get started. It's been about 2 months and he is learning so quickly and really enjoying it. The amp is small and gets loud enough that he feels like a rocker but not so loud that I want to cry. He's been asked to play his first gig soon, so that's fun for him.

Had the bass for about a year, trying to learn on and off over that time. Works great, plays wells and makes all the right sounds. Def a good beginner bass if you want to try your hand at it without investing a ton. Construction is obviously very cheap with crooked screws and laminant peeling around the pickups where I anchor my thumb. All in all its cheap and functional but if you really want to get into bass you will probably be itching to upgrade pretty quickly. Also shout out to BassBuzz for having the best online lessons I have ever seem.

For my first bass, not disappointed. I don't have a lot of hands on experience with comparables, but for less than $100 I got a functional instrument that doesn't have any issues I can see. I kinda wish the pick guard was black to match the neck, but that's just superficial.

I love it. Was so excited to have a bass again after not for years. Haven't tried the amp yet but the bass itself has a nice sound.

**Damaged box** This was a gift for a 13 year old, packaged was damaged. After a month or so testing it no issues and great quality. As advertised.
