​i purchase this kapiva shilajit almost 2 weeks before. honestly it is very good product. before using this i was feeling very tired and lazy in evening time but now my energy has increased. I take one spoon in warm water daily. Daily dose is essential so don't skip. ​taste is not good (shilajit isn't tasty thing) but it is original ayurvedic product so its ok. mixing is easy. after drinking i feel active for full day. also good for gym workout. price is also good for 20g. I'm happy with this purchase.

Very impractical packing. I needed up spilling lot of the product. Capsules are better. Open free flowing shilajit is very sticky and impossible to control in a open mouthed bottle with a tiny spoon. Now the product sits on my shelf and I don't know how to consume it.

I have read up that Fulvic Acid helps to reduce fatigue and improves mental alertness. The taste is very strong as the base is asphalt (yes, the stuff they use on roads). I would recommend to take it as it is, dissolving it in water takes some time and you have to endure the taste for longer! I noticed after the 2nd week that my fatigue had reduced and after a month, my mental sharpness has certainly improved, especially after that 2pm slump! Its good stuff! Give it a go!
