I use this and hang my washcloth from it. It works well for that. If you have a back scrubber that has a hook on it or anything like that, it would also work well.

UPDATE AFTER MORE THAN 2 MONTHS: Mounted on the glass shower doors, these hooks have not come loose a single time, not once! Occasionally I tighten them more out of curiosity than necessity, and they will always take a fraction of a turn to bottom out again, but they are still solidly stuck and hold the biggest towels we have, even wet. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We needed towel hangers in the guest bathroom but had no wallspace to hang any, so I got two of these and stuck them (suction) to the glass door. Absolutely no trouble at all... did not have alcohol, so I cleaned with white vinegar and rinsed and dried, then installed to the dry surface. I tightened them all the way and came back in an hour to re-tighten, then a fraction of a turn every few hours. This morning I tightened again, about a half turn until again tight, then tried again after a few hours, but they were still tight. Honestly they are stuck well enough to hold just fine and I'll check periodically each time I see them. I am VERY pleased because I've never had success with suction cups and these went on perfectly. Thanks very much to Hasko for sending detailed installation instructions... they obviously care very much that there are no problems. These are very attractive and well worth the price. Highly Recommended, but if they lose their ability to hold, I will update immediately. UPDATE: After two weeks, the initial suction is still working on the shower door glass. This looks nice, the suction attachment seems to work very well. The hooks are stainless steel but it is not all stainless steel. The knob you turn to make the suction work is silver colored plastic. I thought for $15 it would be all steel. I will keep it, but I am not as happy as I could have been.

These got delivered today! Nicely packaged. Easy to assemble and no adhesive was needed although it does come in the package. I have not used these items yet but so far it holds a big bar of soap with no problem. Placed soap holders low because this tub is for baths not showers. One for soap and one for wash cloth. Husband made me the bath tub table. Happy with purchase so far

these have been great! they stay on shower wall, haven’t fallen off, not too bulky, and support towels.

These work really well on my tile. I have two of these hooks and one with a caddy. They’ve been in place for almost a year and I think only 1 has fallen off a single time. They also look decent and not cheap when on the wall. I would haven given them 5 stars until.... I had noticed a yellow halo around one when I was cleaning and thought maybe it was just the lighting. I decided to remove it and noticed a horrible ring around where the suction cup had been. This wasn’t exposed to water as it was holding a hand towel by the sink. Nor was there a lot of condensation in bathroom as it has a fan. Not clear on what the stain is exactly or how it formed but it’s definitely from the suction cup as nothing else touches that area. I took down the other hooks and they also have stains where suction cups had been albeit less severe than this one. It’s been impossible to remove and I’ve tried everything to clean it. After 2 wks of scrubbing with different products it’s finally much lighter but not completely gone. Probably best to use these on glass surfaces and/or remove intermittently to assess the area because from my experience if stain forms it’s impossible to remove. If anyone happens to have had a similar circumstance and got stain out please let me know what you used.

I have now purchased two boxes of these suction holders. They look fabulous and hold heavy weight, when they are correctly adhered to the wall surface. We use the for bath robes, towels, wet swimsuits. I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again.
