I’ve always loved dream water, but don’t like the plastic waste. I’ve been trying the gummies as I can recycle the bottle and it’s significantly cheaper, but I was disappointed that it’s so hard to chew and I don’t like the taste. I bought a second bottle as others say that they like the taste, but it was the same. Very bland taste, not fruity. I take medicinal mushrooms in gummy form and they’re delicious, even though mushroom powder tastes nasty on its own. I’ll still use the dream water gummies as it’s working just as well as the liquid as far as fast sleep, fun/not stressful dreams, and easy wake up without grogginess.

I chewed two of these as recommended before bed. I woke a few hours later very nauseous with severe cramps and a headache. I got and sat on the bathroom floor waiting to throw up. It was awful. I was up pretty much all night. I felt awful the next day. A week later I decide to try them again just in case something else caused my discomfort the previous week, but experienced the exact same symptoms. This stuff really screwed me up. I don't know if it's just me, or bad quality, or some specific ingredient, but for me this is bad stuff. Buyer beware. I'd be curious if other buyers have experienced similar syptoms. The maker should really take this review to heart. My symptoms were scary, including intense sweating and feeling like I might pass out when I got out of bed to go throw up.

I slept well in a couple of nights and took two of these as recommend and the nightmares. OMG they are SO REAL and absolutely terrifying! I just woke up freaking out and petrified because I had a whole dream sequence that I SWORE truly happened. I asked my husband like three times “are you sure this didn’t happen???” This isn’t the first time after taking these gummies. Often times they do help me fall sleep, but about 5 times now, different horrible nightmares (that have nothing to do with anything I’ve recently read or watched or even talked about). My husband has the same issue with these and in fact just asked me if I took these when I woke up crying and calling for him. I don’t know why I keep taking them, but the nightmares aren’t consistent… and I have such a hard time falling asleep and usually they work well.

Effectiveness

Love these Gummies. Had used Gaia in the past which is also awesome but wanted to try something else. Dream water Sleep Gummies taste awesome and they work better than most sleep supplements I've tried. I get a straight 7 to 8 hours undisturbed sleep with this and no feeling of lethargy or sluggishness after waking up. This formula is different but it rocks.
