I’ve always loved dream water, but don’t like the plastic waste. I’ve been trying the gummies as I can recycle the bottle and it’s significantly cheaper, but I was disappointed that it’s so hard to chew and I don’t like the taste. I bought a second bottle as others say that they like the taste, but it was the same. Very bland taste, not fruity. I take medicinal mushrooms in gummy form and they’re delicious, even though mushroom powder tastes nasty on its own. I’ll still use the dream water gummies as it’s working just as well as the liquid as far as fast sleep, fun/not stressful dreams, and easy wake up without grogginess.

How is this working for everyone but did nothing for me? I took it 30 minutes before my scheduled sleep time as directed. It tasted like whatever gummy is supposed to taste like.. rubbery. No complaint there but also not a fan, so taste wise, whatever! And because it’s in a gummy form, it’s easy to chew/swallow? It did get stuck in my teeth while chewing so it’s probably not ideal for someone with braces. I didn’t start getting sleepy until about 2 hours after taking them. The problem was I woke up every hour! These did not keep me asleep like other reviewers. In fact, I woke up more than I normally would, which obviously is a huge problem because now I am tired and just grumpy for the lack of sleep. It doesn’t give me the “hangover” effect that some sleeping aids give me so in that regards, that’s good! No side effect! However, it doesn’t work at all for me. Now I am stuck with a full bottle (minus the two I took last night). Such a bummer. I had a high hope because of all these great reviews!

I can only say that I personally find these gummies to be the best sleep aid I have used and I don't say that lightly because I still have some Ambien in my bathroom cabinet right now. A lot of people I talk to about it are skeptical and say they have tried and failed with melatonin and I try to explain that yes, this does have a little melatonin in it but that is not the reason it works for me because I too have tried and failed and thrown out bottles of melatonin. I can only believe it is the combination of ingredients which includes Gamma aminobutyric acid, L-5 hydroxytryptophan and melatonin. I also use the powder packets version of the Dream Water but I find the gummies to be the most cost efficient and reliable way to use this. If you have trouble getting enough sleep I can only recommend you try a bottle.

DreamWater finally came out with Gummies and I believe they could be a whole lot better. The taste is satisfactory but smell is not. Every time I open the bottle, it makes me nauseous but when you taste it, it’s not the same because it tastes much better. Another thing is that they are supposedly a very progressive company and they should have come out with Zero Sugar gummies like everybody else is doing. These gummies give you acid indigestion so beware of that if you have digestive issues. And lastly, the liquid version of DreamWater seems to be the fastest working version better than the powder, and better than the gummies!

Knicks me out in 15 minutes or sooner. I don’t take them all the time but can count on them to work when I do.

Love these Gummies. Had used Gaia in the past which is also awesome but wanted to try something else. Dream water Sleep Gummies taste awesome and they work better than most sleep supplements I've tried. I get a straight 7 to 8 hours undisturbed sleep with this and no feeling of lethargy or sluggishness after waking up. This formula is different but it rocks.
