Excellent stand for the price
Building this is a breeze. The instructions are pretty easy to follow, and the parts are heavy and extremely sturdy. Building the stand itself only takes about 30-40 minutes, but the most difficult part about setup was getting the angles right for me. Actually configuring the monitors will take some time as you will need to sit down and see how it feels. I choose a 3 over 1 setup because it appealed to me more primarily because I wanted my qnix 27inch to be by itself on the bottom. If you have all different brand/model of computers, you'll struggle a bit to get bezels lined up, but ultimately, I decided that I didn't want my bezels to line up "perfectly" because it throws the viewing angles of the top monitors off. It takes a bit of work to get them to work for you, but its worth it. Be thoughtful about how you're going to get it on your desk and how your going to access everything after you get it setup, because you won't want to move it after you its all done. I say this because its hard to work on it when its on the desk so I built mine on the floor, it was a bit difficult to lift. I really like the height options. I read a couple of reviews where people though it was too tall at the highest setting, but to be able to support 28 inch monitors, it has to be. It actually makes me use my head rest on my chair, which helps my posture. I have my top row set to the third and fourth holes from the top, and it makes a 24 inch monitor about 6 foot to the top from the floor. The vesa mounts are strong/sturdy, and well made. I know a lot of people have monitors from overseas, and I will warn you that if your monitor is a qnix, or other variant from south korea, be very careful on the vesa mounts. The bolt cavities are much more shallow than a normal one on an asus, dell, etc. I ended up going to Lowe's and purchasing a smaller M4 bolt (they come with M4 x 12's). This will allow you to safely mount the monitor without destroying the bolt cavity. My only cons are that it can be difficult to compensate for minimal height adjustments to line up monitors that do not have the exact same bezels. This is pretty minor though, and I could easily fix with a few engineering feats. Simply put, you won't find a monitor stand for 6 large displays in the same price range as this. This is a ridiculously sturdy monitor at a wonderful buying point. Lastly, I'd like to thank those who answered my questions. The people who responded to me were great! I think this monitor can definitely fit 6 27 inch monitors, assuming the bezels on the monitors aren't ridiculously huge (Dell tends to have decently large bezels, from my experience). If you purchase this, you will not be disappointed. For those who would like to see my setup: [...]

The best you could buy
I purchased this stand out of a desire for six monitors. Any other stand I could find was well above this price. When the box arrived at my doorstep, boy, I was surprised at what I got for the money. Everything was packed phenomenally. Each sub-assembly was packed in an individual box, and every part was in plastic. The entire product was also very heavy. Assembly took around thirty minutes to an hour. I mounted the monitors in a similar time frame. Not all VESA mount monitors are the same, and my monitors were a little tricky to install. I needed to use plastic spacers on one of them, for example. However, this product provided me with the perfect length screws and it made installing each monitor easy. The easiest ones were the monitors in the middle row because they have detachable mounting clamps. You bolt it onto the monitor, then mount the monitor with ease into the bracket on the stand. The other monitors were not difficult either. Cable management is much easier with this stand. No more tossing cables blindly behind a desk. There is enough room between the monitors and the stand to wrap the cables up neatly, out of sight, out of reach, and most of all wrapped in a safe way so as not to damage them. Other reviewers have complained about the height of the screens. The sudden change in height for me was definitely a big change that took some adjusting to. Suddenly my monitor was not sitting on the desk, but well above it. In my particular case the bottom row of screens is 25cm (10in) above the desk. I did this to reduce/eliminate neck strain looking down at my monitors. I was also not used to the monitors not having stands to support them, and being able to tuck things below the monitors like notes, an inkwell, speakers, etc. It took some getting used to, having looked down at screens all my life, but after a week or so I started to really enjoy this. I can look straight ahead and see what I need on the screens. In the end I also end up with a much neater desk and can better make use of my desk. I also figure in the future I might even be able to fit another row of screens below the mount stand. If I wanted a lower height, I could probably lower the monitors. Other reviewers have also said they do not like the top row not being exactly aligned with the bottom row. The way these monitors are mounted does not allow that sort of fine adjustment, but at least they are securely mounted. I would not want them to be mounted without a screw going directly through the mounting post, since my monitors were expensive and I do not want them to fall on me! Fortunately I imagine I could tap a new hole on the mounting post if I wanted one. I do not need one because I have just enough space between the rows to sneak a webcam in. The monitors can be adjusted. You can change the vertical angle, which is nice because for me the top row is a little too high for me to see them clearly, so I turned them to face down at me a little. You can change the horizontal angle, but the way the stand works prevents you from having much freedom in the horizontal direction if you want the monitors directly next to each other. However, the horizontal movement enables you to move the monitor to the side and angle it away from the rest of the screens. For me that was helpful because I can take one screen and move it to the side so I can watch a film on the couch in the room, still connected to my computer, on one of my computer monitors. To summarize, this stand is sturdy and well built. I was uneasy at first about using a monitor stand, worried that my monitors would fall off, but this stand is so well built I actually feel my monitors are more secure now than they were just sitting on my desk! The whole system is incredibly well made. It is sold at a price that I can afford, and a price that seems fair for a monitor stand. I am a satisfied customer and this product is definitely worth it. If you want/need to mount six monitors on a desk, there is simply no better option.

Solid construction --with 1 serious limitation!!
This frame is definitely a solid build and can surely hold 24" LCD monitors without a problem. All the hardware is well-made and should last a good long time. I like the cable hole openings in the vertical tube for keeping the wiring nice and neat when running to the upper level. Make sure you account for the extra cable lengths when building a setup like this! Now for the caveats... 1. I actually knew this one going in: the viewing angle is fixed both vertically and horizontally. I personally like to surround myself with my screens and that just isn't possible with this setup because the mounting brackets don't have an adjustable depth to them. I knew this may be an issue simply due to the nature of this type of support --it's what makes the price so low on this as well. 2. Vertical height adjustments are seriously limited. This was actually mentioned before by another reviewer and I have to agree. There could have been at least another couple of inches of adjustment in either direction for both levels. I'm running 24" center screens and I just can't imagine using a display smaller than that. I had to set the top level at the lowest setting and the bottom level to 2 spaces up just so there wouldn't be a large gap between them. Using smaller screens would mean the lower level would have to be brought up even higher. As it stands right now, I have a 7" gap between the top of my desk and the bottom of the lowest screen. This causes a serious problem for me ergonomically as I now have to raise up my chair so my neck doesn't strain too much. If there were just a couple more adjustment levels on the vertical tube, all this would have been resolved. In summary, I would probably not make the same purchase a second time and will look elsewhere for my next monitor stand but that may simply be due to my own specific ergonomic requirements.

It's a Deluxe DIY kit, not a deluxe finished product. Needs work. Only great for the price.
Inexpensive. Works, though needs various adjustments and some handy work. So it is great for the price, but more like a Deluxe DIY kit, but definitely not a Deluxe finished product. So if you aren't technically savvy and handy, you might be easily disappointed, but with some handy work and adjustments I managed to make a perfect tight alignment on 6 monitor setup. Actually I got 2 of those stands, one of them 2nd hand. One is for 24"-6 panels and another for 27" 6 panels, having a total of 12 monitors at my workstation. Cons and Solutions: 1.Vertical arm fixture is a disaster. There is no way pre drilled holes and bolts provided by manufacturer can provide perfectly tight monitor alignment. The entire system is wrong and poorly thought. Luckily that can be easily solved with 2"+ hose clamps (check Home Depot or make your own). Simply attach the clamps from underneath each arm at desired height, so the arm can rest on them. In this way arm height can be precisely adjusted. 2. Arm angle is not exactly strait, that creates monitor side-hanging - another misalignment. Manufacturer should thought of such option to compensate that as well, but they didn't. Definitely a lack of engineering thought. I solved that with metal inserts at appropriate spots. That could be possibly coins. 3. Weight of 6 monitors creates the leaning forward pressure of the vertical pole resulting in a noticable angle- yet another misalignment. Also, no adjustment solution to straighten that was provided by manufacturer. That can be easily solved by simply inserting 5-8mm thick material under the front portion of the stand. That could be rubber, plastic or wood. After above mentioned DIY adjustments one can create a Deluxe looking - 6 monitor setup- perfectly tight and straight. Also if you have monitors with menu buttons sticking along the edge underneath, you may want to turn the upper row of monitors upside down 180 degrees to have tightest possible fit with buttons on the top. It's easier to access them this way. Monitor picture can be rotated 180 degrees afterwards within video card driver software. Menu buttons conflict isn't a fault of the stand, but a workaround on certain monitor types. With all these thoughts I wish you luck in setting up your station. Look at a bright side- if not for all these defects, this stand might cost more. I got mine including shipping for $150, which is a great deal. The rest is up to you.

This is the stand you want if you have 3 or more large monitors, end of story.
There is nothing to dislike about this stand, and I've been using it for a year now. It is shockingly easy to assemble, taking about 5 minutes to fully remove three monitors from it and break it down for travel, and 15 minutes to put it all back together if you've done it before. Everything about its design just makes sense. As for sturdiness, I can shake my desk and my arrangement of two 25" and a 27" monitor barely even shudders. If like me, you don't own six screens yet but plan to in the future, you can still purchase this and just set the second bar components aside for later. (You can partially assemble this second bar to keep all the small fasteners together, or attach it to the spine of the monitor stand if you don't mind the aesthetics.) A picture is attached of this with just three monitors to show how this works. In my picture, the small misalignment of the side-monitors is intentional to make it easier to read text on the outer screens. It is easy to align them perfectly, although the larger your monitors get, the less you can angle the outer two inward. Using three 28" monitors as it claims to support would allow very little curvature: almost a flat surface, which might be difficult to make use of. That's just a limitation of such a wide monitor-space. I find that my 25+27+25, with an inner arc of 4320 pixels over 69 inches, and an outer chord length of 63 inches, completely fills my useful range of vision from about 30 inches away. Any larger and I just wouldn't be able to utilize the extra space efficiently. I already have to turn my head just slightly to read any text outside of the center 2/3 of the space, and so I keep my most frequently reference information in this central 2/3 to avoid headaches. In summary: you don't need a larger stand than this one, because you don't need three screens larger than 25-27" if you are sitting at a typical 2 to 3 foot distance. Standing or more distant positioning could possibly make use of a larger setup. When I am ready to install six, based on my experience so far, I will probably switch to three 25" on the bottom row and three cheap 24" on the top row - maybe even smaller. Perfect symmetry and alignment isn't important to me; it's not worth the money for what will end up as wasted screen space that I can't comfortably look at for hours without straining my eyes or neck. The one thing you must be weary of with this stand is its assembled weight. Once your monitors are installed, due to its size, it is very difficult to move. Even shuffling it along the surface of the desk is a pain, although the padding on the bottom of the stand should protect your desk surface. Be aware that the stand itself weighs some 40 pounds, and you can make a safe estimate that most screens will weigh just under 10 pounds each. That's a 100 pound installation sitting on your desk. Make sure it's a sturdy desk with support at each corner, and also be prepared for some overhang off the sides of the desk if it's not at least 65" across, which can lead to it being bumped from the sides if your desk is perpendicular to a walkway. All that aside, this is not a /detriment/, only something to keep in mind. The stand is more than strong enough. If you own or intend to own more than three screens, this is the stand you need. Don't look any further.

Well made(sturdy), works well, and at a great price :)
I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. I almost never review things on Amazon but this stand worked out much better than I expected it to so here we are! :) I was able to assemble and mount my (6) 26" widescreen monitors with ease, all in all, about 20 mins tops. I was able to screw the connector to the screen while on the table and then slide that connector onto the armature. This was great for me because this stand, unlike other stands I've had before, did not require me to strain myself suspending the monitors in mid-air while trying to screw them into place. Being a girl, aesthetics is as important as function so I'm happy to say that not only did it look beautiful in my office set up, there was plenty of room left between monitors to adjust the screens to a comfortable viewing angle which has made me more productive without degrading the ergonomics. Yay! Bottom line: I highly recommend it. This is a great, well designed product, and I believe it will last me forever. And at this price, it's definitely a no brainer.

Really a nice stand that works for a variety of configurations.
This is really a great stand, I only have a couple of minor complaints. First the Pros: It's well built, sturdy, easy to construct. It's flexible in that any number of monitor configurations such as (Bottom, Top) (2,0) (3,0) (2,1) (2,2) (3,2) (3,3) would all work and look good. I'm currently using 1 row of 3. I like the option to bolt it directly to the desk, and that's easy to do. The instructions were a hair sparse but good enough. Cons: With heavier monitors, still within spec the main bars that extend out get weighed down and the way they connect to the main center pole gives the possibility of a bit of slouch on one end. We're talking on the order of 1/4" so it's not much. It feels stable, it's just I can't quite get the monitors perfectly lined up. Granted I'm using 22 lb Dell 27" monitors which is at the limit of it's spec. I think if I spent some more time fussing with it, I could probably get it and it's close enough that I don't notice until I look for it. The cables can be routed through the main pole, however if you're not using the top mount then you can't use that feature. Perhaps a hole in the pole mid way up for cables? Maybe this wouldn't work for various scenarios. It's a really minor issue.

Use your Skill, this is a VALUE solution.
This is prob the best Home Monitor Arm (x6 Hexa Arms) under a few hundreds $ budget. If you have some expirience in DIY, and willing to spend 2hours adjusting all the bolts & screws, this product will give you amazing end result, (with a little help from using duct tapes..) So the make is sturdy, but not as accurate as a clockwork. yet everything is adjustable by tightening/loosening screws. So after a good try& error (and eventually I taped up all monitors for permanent fixture ) I managed to build a seamless 6 Monitor piece. The IRon cast base is very very heavy, so stability is not an issue even without fixing the pole to the desk. Overall I recommend this product to who wants an Economical solution for home trading/gaming.
