I cannot recommend these ice pack slippers enough for post-surgery recovery! After bunion and hammer toe surgery, these have honestly been one of the BEST purchases I made. The fact that they come as a pair is genius because I can continuously swap them out and ice much more often than I ever did after previous surgeries with regular ice packs. It has made such a huge difference in my comfort and swelling. They stay perfectly cold for about 30 minutes, which is the ideal amount of time, and the cold feels soothing without being too harsh. They are incredibly easy to slip on and off, even with limited mobility after surgery. They’re soft, comfortable, lightweight, and roomy enough to wear with thin socks. Sizing was spot on — I wear a women’s size 9.5 and ordered the Medium, and the fit was perfect. They feel secure without squeezing or causing pressure on sensitive areas. Most importantly, they’ve made icing convenient and comfortable, which means I actually use them consistently. If you’re recovering from bunion surgery, hammer toe surgery, or any foot procedure, these are absolutely worth it. Great quality, great value, and truly one of the most helpful recovery items I purchased. I genuinely love them!

I bought a pair to help with the swelling after achilles tendon surgery. I wear a US size 12 and the XL size fit me perfectly. The slippers stay pliable after freezing which makes it easy to mold them close to your foot (inside arch etc). They are the most comfortable when worn over a cotton socks in order to control the level of cold. Would highly recommend.

These work best and stay coldest longest ! They cool all the way around the foot from toes to heel. Also they are easiest to put on because the wraps are hard to apply especially when in pain. I bought all the foot ice products but these are the ones that I use most because they work best and are easiest to use. I recommend highly ! They come in 2 sizes, I got the XL for extra coverage. If they feel too cold fresh from the freezer you can always wait a few minutes before slipping your sore foot in.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and an injured ligament in my big toe. These ice slippers are the best thing I’ve ever bought. First they come in a pair, so you get two. They also ice both the bottom and top of the foot simultaneously. They’re very cold, but I find that a good thing. I wear a sock while ice m6 foot. I’ve bought half a dozen ice products over the years for my foot and this is easily the best.

dude. i caught the gout. I'm a relatively healthy 50+ male, and after a trip to the ER ruled out a break, a spider bite, and cellulitis.... the doc was clear: you have gout in your left foot. among other things, applying a cold pack helps with the gout swelling. my boss recommended ice pack slippers, and wow she was right. i didn't get the ones that look like a pair of socks - these gel slippers are monodesign so that you can use them on either foot. this is a huge plus for me in my situation so that i can keep one in the freezer while I'm using the other one. ONE TO ROCK, ONE TO STOCK, BABY! these need to be in the freezer for at least 24 hours from room temp to really feel cold. they will stay absolutely frozen for about 30min on your foot -almost TOO cold- and then start feeling less cold slowly over the next hour. the fabric is not too stiff and feels comfortable to a sock-less foot. i absolutely felt joint pain relief in my affected big toe after wearing these. thank goodness. I am an 8.5M and the standard size fits fine without socks. you really can't walk in these because they slip off easily since there's no heel strap, but maybe with a sock on they'll stay put better. well worth the cost (i paid under 25) and FSA/HSA eligible.

Well made and gets very cold BUT it not a good treatment for Plantar Faciitis since it chills the whole foot and especially the toes. This is not the treatment area and getting your toes that cold is very uncomfortable.

These are very well ...if you have larger feet very sure they will fit...really large. Not for walking around in so whatever injury of. foot. very sure their big enough. Fabric material is like heavy nylon thick grade. Chill factor very good not sure how long it take usually use as necessary....Good purchase for men and women. Need something effective on hand today. Like to mention another handy ice pack Amazon sells...finger ice pack great for burns looks just like one glove finger you.slip it on..😳

I deal with bunions and plantar fasciitis and this numbed the pain significantly, was ice cold for 25mins and then gradually "defrosted" it's nice having something I can lay in bed with without dealing with it falling off. Easy to put and take off. I'm mad at myself for not buying this sooner. Excellent product

These are absolutely amazing. Bought them for my mum who suffers from foot nerve pain, and she says that these keep cold the whole night. They cover the foot perfectly, but are also roomy inside. Mum says that her neuropathy settles almost instantly after putting the cold slipper on. Thumbs up, these are worth the investment.
