Why did you pick this product vs others?: Right size, right price, right quantity. Tube blown out: After experiencing two flats with another brand, I was thankful for the quality and the ease of installation of the Ultraverse 700 35C/43C bicycle tubes. I ended up purchasing two boxes (4 tubes) just to be sure to have a great replacement if another tire goes flat. Absolute five star + for customer service. After receiving the tubes I learned that the Presta valve cores were not removable, which I needed to install FlatOut. When I contacted the seller about the issue they immediately responded, refunded the purchase price and told me to keep the tubes. Furthermore, THEY apologized for MY misunderstanding one of their product photos showing included small yellow valve core removing tools meant that the Presta valve core was removable. You can't get better customer service than that. By the way, the tubes are of very good quality. I wish that they would have been able to exchange the tubes for ones with removable valves. I would have been very happy with them and I highly recommend them. Also of note, I write few reviews. I write good reviews for exceptional products or exceptional services. And I write a review on poor, disappointing products and/or especially poor customer service.

I absolutely adored the experience of installing this inner tube on my trusty 1993 Trek 1420 road bike - it was an effortless process from start to finish, with the tube fitting seamlessly onto the rim without any hiccups or struggles. The ease of fit was truly impressive, and I was delighted to discover that the size was spot on, perfectly matching the specifications of my bike, which has a 700x20-25c tire and a 27.5mm rim size, and the tube's 700x23-25c size and 28mm rim compatibility were close enough to work flawlessly. My overall satisfaction level is sky-high, and I must say that I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality of this tube. The only slight drawback I encountered was with the levers that were supposed to come with it - unfortunately, they felt flimsy and lacked the precision and durability that I've come to expect from good-quality levers. They seemed like they might wear out quickly or even break with regular use, which was a bit concerning. Luckily, I had my own reliable levers on hand, which saved the day and allowed me to get the tube installed without any further issues. If the levers had been better, my experience would have been absolutely flawless. However, this minor quibble didn't detract from my overall enthusiasm for the tube itself, which I would confidently rate a 10 out of 10. Without hesitation, I would wholeheartedly recommend this tube to fellow cyclists and would definitely purchase it again in the future - it's a top-notch product that delivers on its promises and exceeds expectations.

The product was very well manufactured, the tube came in a very nice and compact box showing how you guys care about reducing waste and cost, the box design was great, like the color scheme and how you guys put the installation guide on it, as for the product itself, it works great, this was my first tube installation so I did not have any levers, I only had that ones you guys provided which had me worried since it was plastic but that did not matter since it did its job perfectly, the tube was great and can handle some rough roads with not punctures. Only issue I had was with the lever itself, that yellow part inside that you use to like open the presta valve seems unnecessary and just kept falling out anyway. But, overall the product is amazing and was put very well together.

Fast efficient service, and product quality - recommended

Have received two different boxes of these. Best run I've had is 318 miles on a back wheel tube. Besides that, two did not work right out of the box, one still on my bike at 200 miles and I just installed a new one after the first one failed to inflate. Last one failed and it wasn't even a puncture on the tire. I couldn't figure out how to reach out to customer service because they make it insanely confusing to contact anyone on Amazon. I will be looking elsewhere for better quality tubes.

Rubber feels thicker than most tubes I’ve used. Holds pressure well and seems to resist flats better, even riding a bit harder on rough streets. No leakage so far and air retention has been solid. Install was quick and easy.

Now I can repair my cycle and use it.
