My kids are just getting into pokemon. I don't comprehend the different sets yet. Is this a reasonable place to start?

This is a good set to buy but this specific item is a scam. The packs I got were opened and sloppily resealed.

How good are the pulls?

In the new Evolutions set, the secret rares are pretty easy to pull since they are under the "uncommon" card slot. but you should get at least 5-6 EX and 2 full arts. i didnt order from here but got my booster box locally. but its all about the same.

Is there a code card in each pack?

I did not actually buy a box, I was just reviewing based on all that I knew about the set and to offset some of the idiotic reviews giving this 1-star for no reason. I am almost positive there's a code card in each pack. I have not heard anything different.
