Review: Never drop your guitar pick again!!! - I practice on my guitar everyday and I'm out playing somewhere every week. Nothing is more frustrating (and embarrassing) than dropping your guitar pick and then fumbling to grab another in the middle of a live performance!!! I have been a longtime user of Dunlop "Max-Grip" nylon picks because of the sandpaper- like texture that helps keep the pick from sliding out of your fingers (especially when its hot and your hands get sweaty). I've tried about everything and didn't think there was a better "grip type" pick out there but I have discovered a new can't live without favorite! These "Cool Picks - Cat Tongue" picks are insanely good at sticking between your thumb and index fingers without any worry about dropping em!! I bought these .88mm and they are just fantastic but I prefer a slightly thicker pick with less bend so I got some of the 1.0 thickness which is perfect for me! If you've been less than satisfied with the "grip" of your guitar or sometimes drop your pick while playing don't hesitate to try these. They are now my absolute #1 go to guitar pick!!!

My "Go-To" picks
Been using these for a few years now. They are super grippy, allowing one to relax their fingers a bit. They also last a good long time. The material isn't super smooth so the pick will impart a bit of character to the sound - which I like - especially if you use the edge. If I'm wanting a pick with a slick finish for a smooth attack, i grab a Dava.

Love them
Great pics. Love that they are so easy too hold onto and donโt loose grip for me as a beginner.

Simple and effective, like all the best tools.
Review is actually for the 1mm pick, which I bought at my local Tom Lee music- however this thickness is not represented on Amazon. I've reviewed several other pick brands at length, so I'll keep this one short. Amazing grip on this pick, decent material, overall a great pick and I've started using these over Reefer Carbon from Pick Boy. I also still use Dava and Dunlop Tortex sometimes (Tortex sounds great on acoustic), however I can see myself possibly using these Cat's Tongue most of all- the Davas are great, however I find they wear down quite quickly, and the Tortex are a bit slippery although I quite like the attack of the material. If you like the Herco picks like Jimmy Page uses, these Cat's Tongue are close in material, but grippier. I only gave 4 stars as I wish they were a bit sharper, which I prefer and like about the Pick Boys. But I'll just do what I've always done and sharpen them myself- could be my ultimate pick.

Get better one.
I have been used Dunlop Tortex .88mm for a long time. Compare to Dunlop, it is cheap plastic and thin. Even the package is cheaper.
