Sift away
I use this mainly for coffee grounds after I make coffee in a Moka Pot or a French Press. It's sturdy, and the handle is comfortable to hold. The hole size is very fine. It would work well for sifting. It's easy to use and an invaluable tool for the kitchen. I'm pleased with my purchase and I would recommend this quality product.

Works great for making tea. Very happy with mesh size. Washes easy. Although it seems light I'm very happy with the overall quality. Recommend.

Nice product
Its a nice product every thing is great. But the handle is too heavy so it doesn’t stay on the cup. You need to hold it all the time

Highly recommended, well made, perfect for loose tea straining & similar kitchen needs
Perfect tea strainer for a large 17 oz tea cup. Handle feels and looks great. Easy to hang up. Construction and materials feel like that this strainer will last for decades. Well worth replacing our old awkward strainer. Highly recommended.

Great value and sturdy
Love this stainless steel fine mesh sieve. Easy to hold and rinse my quinoa prior to cooking it. I might add that I make a single serving of quinoa so this probably isn't big enough for a family portion but it works perfectly the holes are not too big... just right. Great value for the money.

Durable, Fine, and Super Handy in the Kitchen!
I’ve been using the SUNWUKIN stainless steel fine mesh strainer for a few weeks now, and it’s quickly become one of my go-to kitchen tools. The 304 stainless steel construction feels very high quality — sturdy, rust-resistant, and easy to clean. The fine mesh is perfect for straining everything from quinoa and rice to soups and sauces. It even catches tiny bits like pulp and seeds when I juice lemons or strain tea. The handle is comfortable to grip, and the resting hooks are great for placing it over bowls or pots hands-free. It’s also dishwasher safe, which is a big bonus for me. No warping, no rust, no fuss. Just a reliable, well-made strainer that does the job right. Definitely worth the price — I might grab a second one in a different size!

It's all about poached eggs for me when it comes to breakfast, took a long time to suss out what the most vital component of the perfect poached egg is and it comes down to two things - first, the egg; younger the better as it has firmer white so if you can buy from a local farm from foraging hens you're golden: two, the fine mesh sieve; this is what gets rid of the wisps, there is no other way to get a perfect poached egg than to use a fine mesh sieve. Crack egg into sieve resting on a large cereal bowl. Let the wisps drain for 60 seconds. Lightly bounce the sieve on the bowl a couple times, let it drain for 15 more seconds. Tilt egg into a clean ramekin/small bowl and repeat for as many eggs as you need. Boiling water, turn to simmer/low, as soon as water stops rolling, place your eggs in. Place lid on. Timer set to 3:00. Remove using a slotted spoon and place on paper towel to dry. No need for vinegar, salt, stirring the water or any of that other nonsense, perfect poached eggs every time. This sieve is the perfect size, I've tried 3" and they're too small for LG or XL eggs to properly drain the wisps. This sieve fits perfectly on top of a cereal bowl, it's easy to clean and it's the right fine-ness to allow the wisps to drain while the egg remains perfectly intact.
