It doesn’t make me tired or feel anything really, but I am a unique person because magnesium never helps me relax. Though it doesn’t help with sleep at ALL, it still is part of my self care ritual where I will make a glass of it around 6pm and sip on it throughout the evening. I do notice a gentle calmness. Nothing too noticeable but I just feel a LITTLE more able to sit down instead of being go-go-go all night. It’s just slightly easier to let go for the day. The taste is awesome. Not ecstatic about the ingredients tho. And it just is like a little treat and sets a good little vibe for my night.

So let me get this strait, this company ruined the berry flavor by switching to monk fruit. So the only other option becomes cherry. They then decide as a company to switch the cherry flavor to also include monk fruit. Effectively ruining every flavored sleep product they have. MYCOSCIENCE has seen the numerous complaints about clumping and flavor being nasty since switching to monk fruit. Not only do they not go back to the original berry flavor to please long time customers who purchase on a monthly basis, they also decide to ruin the cherry flavor. I’m cancelling my subscription, I will find another product. I’m speechless at this poorly run company. Absolutely speechless. The old adage “If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it” certainly applies here. Extremely disappointed.

Love this , it really helps me sleep and if I’m going to have a stressful day I take a scoop and it helps me stay calm

I suffer from migraines a couple times a month. This was the first natural product I found that has cured and reduced symptoms of my migraines. I have incorporated this as a nightly routine 90% of the time, even without migraines. I sleep wonderfully and keeps the bowels regular. I typically take 1scoop with 32oz(large mason jar)of water and a healthy-pinch of Redmond salt for migraines. Sometimes I use less water if it’s closer to bedtime because I don’t want to get up all night. Great product!!

It helps me sleep well but the berry flavor changed doesn't taste as good anymore.

Thanks to perimenopause and a stressful job, I have a hard time falling asleep and especially staying asleep. I've tried melatonin, different versions of magnesium and Benadryl to no avail. This, while not 100% effective, is the most helpful thing I've taken to get a restful night's sleep.

I’ve been taking this for months and noticed a significant improvement not only in my sleep, but in my mood the following day. BUT- they must have reformulated the Berry flavor and it is NASTY. I thought I’d received one bad one which the company refunded me for, but upon receiving another one today it tastes equally as horrific. Terrible after taste, almost like cherries gone wrong. I REALLY hope they go back to the original flavor, or I will not be buying again. I’ll be holding my nose while drinking this for the next month. So disappointing.

This stuff really works!~. It helps me to relax and sleep through the night.
