Hello! I see all the great reviews for this product but when I opened my jar after two weeks my pickles were VERY mushy. Help!!!

Did you add something with tannins like grape leaves, bay leaves, or a black tea bag? The tannins help keep the pickles crunchy.

How many pumps to remove the oxygen?

hi, oredered the kit but did not recieve instructions how can I get them?

I use mine to make kimchi and pickles..for kimchi I put napa cabbage in a salt bath over night..rinse and mix korean chili powder, fish sauce, sugar , onion and garlic..work that into the cabbage and pack into fermentor..done in 5 days..for pickles 2 teaspoons of salt in a quart mason jar..put in cukes and top with water..about 5 days. rinse and fill the jar with 1/2 apple cider vinegar and half honey.
