MY Mother had severe pain in her hands from ARTHRITIS, at 92 years old. The Calcium she was taking (Caltrate) did nothing. If I tell you that it took 1 week to "Cure" her pain in her hands, I would be telling the truth. I'm reordering it for her, as she asks to see if it can help her chronic back pain. I'm getting 2 bottles for myself, as Arthritis is the result of a chronic Calcium deficiency that we all need. THE HEart feeds on Calcium to beat. IF there is none, if feeds on the joints and bones, hence the pain. THIS IS THE BEST CALCIUM/MAGNESIUM/ZINC product I have seen and it tastes great. This stuff is the bomb! It helps me sleep and it helps with regulating my digestive system. Plus the taste is not bad. I an always feel a difference about me when I haven't taken this in a while.

For some reason, as I've aged, and even though I am very fit, I've started getting debilitating leg cramps in the middle of the night ... the kind that wake you up, they're so alarming! I've found that taking a capful of this works extremely quickly to completely relieve literally every cramp that rears its ugly head. It's almost miraculous! The flavor is heavy, but hey ... it WORKS! I would HIGHLY recommend this formula.

I think this is by far one of the best mineral supplements out there, but I am giving it 4 stars because of the chalky taste. I have a tough time getting it down and have to block my nose and drink it quickly. I have tried it with several juices and think it's best with a couple of ounces of OJ. I have taken this supplement a few times when I had a tension headache and it helped relax my muscles almost immediately. Also, I have had a heart arrhythmia and of all of the supplements that contain magnesium that I have tried, I think that this one has given me the most benefit. Generally, it helps relax my rhythm within 20-30 minutes. I recommend however, that you take it on an empty stomach 2 hours before you eat or it will have you running to the bathroom or at the least, get your stomach uncomfortably gurgling. Generally, this is true with most magnesium supplements, but because this is a liquid supplement, it works faster than most. If you need a larger than normal dose, I recommend that you break it up into 2 or 3 doses so you will have less effects on your stomach.

My husband and I love liquid products because you receive the best for you body to receive the best bioavailability to your body. You need calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin D for strong bone and you will fell the fast absorbing in a liquid product then anything else on the market. We have been Buying this Trace Minerals product for years. I just had my bone density test and the Dr. Could not believe for my age test result. I am a healthy female older and totally believe in this product is keeping me healthy and keeping very active. I would recommend this product 100%. Thank you, Jen

We needed to supplement our son's calcium after his bone density scan came back low. It was very important to me that we find a high quality and clean supplement for him. We decided on this product and push it nightly through his g-tube. We haven't had a follow-up scan yet, but he is tolerating it well and I feel good about the quality and potency of this. I'm grateful to have this available through Amazon.

I love this supplement. However, I've noticed recently how most of the supplement gets stuck at the bottom of the container?!? And there's no way to get it dislodged even if you shake it. I want to make sure I'm getting the minerals in it and I'm not sure I am.
