Do I need to cut the post of the earring to shorten them to fit the plastic converter?

In my opinion will not work with post earrings difficult to fit on ear and will not stay if earring is heavy

How comfortable are they? My daughter has sensitive ears and other clio ons tend to hurt her and cannot sray on for more than a minute

They are so comfortable. I barley notice them at all. Way more comfortable than clip on earrings.

Instead of getting half gold and half silver pieces as described, I received all gold pieces. I wear more silver jewellery than gold so I had to return the product. But it does work well for lightweight danglers. Not for studs or hoops though.
