Have taken for 3 mo and didn't notice any changes for myself. My husband also said he didn't either. Not going to continue taking it anymore. It is a high quality product and it may work well for others if they are looking for something to strengthen nails which I noticed it did do but was not what I was going for and really not concerned with.

Quality: I have used Dr. Mercola's Silica product for quite some time. I take one a day with a tbsp cod liver oil (lemon flavored). My hair then stops falling out, gets thicker and looks healthy. Can't ask for more than that. I have plenty on hand but will definitely reorder as needed. Great product. J Paul
