I alternate 55 mg of this heme polypeptide (5 capsules) every other day with iron bisglysinate (2 capsules) on alternate days. This heme supplement is excellent. My ferritin score rose 27 points over 4 months. I also eat to support my iron rebuild.

Zero side effects, no bloating, no digestive issues, nothing that made me dread taking it. The results speak for themselves. Bloodwork went from a ferritin of 21 to 37 in six months, so it's clearly doing its job. Came exactly when it said it was going to, it was not damaged at all, it doesn't have a strong taste when you take it, it doesn't upset my stomach at all or back me up which most iron does

I am very low in iron. Surprise, I don’t eat meat. I have no energy and I bruise easily. I was nauseous the first couple days on this but not enough to stop taking it. It didn’t make me actually puke like other iron supplements. It’s been a few weeks and I am slowly feeling better. I don’t seem to look like a zombie with black eyes. So we will see how my next blood test goes.
