Excellent gels
Best gels I have found so far, paired with ginger and citrus chews is a really good fuelling combination! I have had some close calls with other gels

Most Unpleasant
Sickly sweet with a syrupy consistency. Too hard to swallow. Had a bit during a run/race and I couldn't take any more. Had to carry the gel to the nearest bin and you can most certainly imagine the mess.
