Operations Management 12th Edition

Really liked this textbook and was a little sad that I had to return the rental but we couldn't afford to pay the difference. I really feel like I learned a lot from this book and it wasn't too dry or boring at all. I used McGH Connect with it and he problems weren't too difficult if you had your textbook and notes.I got an A in this class so I was very pleased with it.

This is definitely one of the better textbooks I've used. I was surprised to see that the content wasn't over the top academic. Instead, the content aligned well to real world business practices but was still well organized, connected clearly to relevant theories, and was easy to digest.

Operations Management made easy with this book. The book is bulky and so was the course load but learned a lot and the book was awesome. There is a lot of calculations involved and the book actually shows how to do them using Linear Programming, Excel and what not. The chapters were well laid out and they kept building on previous chapters so the flow was pretty good. I had a really lazy professor who went to skip a chapter but I stuck with the book and life was a lot easier. The end of chapter solutions are somewhat tricky but if you pay attention, they shouldn't be big deal. The best part of the book is resale price. I bought this book, used it for a whole semester and then traded it in at at least +10% on Amazon. So the book was literally free for me.

The description said good condition, but it’s practically Like New. I’m so happy with my purchase and it came much quicker than estimated too!

Very easy process. Books are in good quality and super inexpensive compared to purchasing. Never had an issue with on time delivery or with covering the entire semester.

a textbook is a textbook. who really wants to buy a mandatory book and find out you barely use it in your class

I was educated wrongly on this product, it was a rental posted as a purchase option too. They charged me $175.00, it was used with a total market value of $325 brand new. I didn't realize it was a rental until they deducted an additional $325.00 from my personal account with Amazon Prime with out my consent. Legally they are only allowed to deduct the difference owed after rental fee, so I was over chard for this book massively. After this year I'll be canceling my Amazon Prime because of this issue! I also work in the radio field in the KC Metro area, I'll be making my experience known, and advise all students not to purchase text books on Amazon. The risk is not worth the scam of their marketing low priced items.
