Really nice kit. Comes with an alignment piece so you don't have to worry about aligning the screen protector perfectly; just drop it on top of the phone and you're done. Very happy there are still decent screen protectors for these aging phones. I've never used the fingerprint sensor, so I have no idea how well that works.

I've tried 3 different screen protectors. Each claimed to be case friendly, anti-fingerprints, fingerprint unlock friendly. Either the film lifts off by the slight catch of the case and/or covered with unsightly fingerprints and/or the fingerprint unlock doesn't work. This one is easy to install, no bubbling, no fingerprints, and allows fingerprint unlock. Can't speak to the ability to prevent screen cracks since I don't necessarily want to test out that functionality! (I have an OtterBox Commuter case). Follow up. Fingerprint unlock is unpredictable. But, not a deal breaker for me.

i've edited this review to say that you should go to Settings > Display and enable touch sensitivity!!! this almost entirely mitigates the loss of touch sensitivity that tempered glass screen protectors create!!!!! (you might also want to redo your fingerprints) i almost tossed this screen protector because of the massively reduced touch sensitivity, but it's easily fixable!! anyway, here's the parts of the original review that don't have to do with reduced touch sensitivity ----- i didn't have any bubbles and it doesn't interfere with my case. i still initially applied the screen protector a little crooked, even with using the guide, but it wasn't super hard to fix and applies pretty easily. it's also got a slightly different-looking spot for the fingerprint scanner, but that seems to be pretty much how it goes. it's another thing that i don't love at first glance, and it might be a deal breaker for some people, but it's not that noticeable when the screen is on, and given this screen protector does better at a lot of other stuff, i think i can deal with it. overall though, this is a nice screen protector that gets the job done. (ALSO the glare in the picture where the screen is off is very exaggerated to how it look in person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i just wanted to show roughly what the fingerprint circle looks like on the phone. it's not too bad.)

Tempered glass screen protectors are the easiest to install an have the clearest view. BUT the fingerprint area on BOTH of these screen protectors was damaged. It seemed like something was stuck to it, which meant the fingerprint sensor on my phone could NOT work, even after turning up touch sensitivity. Phone kept saying to "cover the entire fingerprint sensor" as if something was blocking part of it. Fingerprint area looked like part of it was black and part of it was grey-ish. Also, I could SEE the fingerprint circle (damaged area) on every light/white screen after installation. I threw them both out in frustration. Waste of money since I can't return the damaged shields. Very disappointed that there's no option to just refund a damaged product. Why should I go through the trouble to return it when it was sent to me damaged?

I've used these several times and they've always protected my phone screen BUT the ability to use the fingerprint reader is seriously degraded. Most of the time it doesn't work but, for me, that's a trade-off I can live with. The Supershieldz glass protectors go on easily and are priced well. Durability is so-so but again, I'd rather this take the damage than my phone screen - that's what it's there for. I bought these as well for my newer phone. Same review- works great as a protector but hampers fingerprint reader.

I do not understand the 5 star rating/comments regarding this screen protector. I did my due diligence in researching screen protectors and I have to say, not only did I fail myself, but this product fell SHORT. The screen protector cracked (hence doing it's job, but it didn't take much), it somehow moved at one point and the finger scan didn't work. Applying is cake, otherwise I would skip this one. Sorry, not sorry. I should also mention, after the first one cracked, I replaced with the second screen protector just before a recent trip to Europe. I didn't drop my phone, yet somehow a crack appeared. *shrug* Not to mention, it SUCKS in the sun. The glare makes this akin to a mirror. Not even remotely joking. Waste of hard-earned money.

Perfect screen saver for a Galaxy S10!

Just put this on and was disappointed at first, because like a bunch of other reviews, the finger scanner didn't work. I was going to look for another protector, but decided to try rescanning my finger print. It took a little bit as the reader would only do a few percentage at a time. But once fully scanned, it works no problem. It might take a second scan to unlock but it still works better than my old beat up screen cover. YMMV.

Does not detect thumb. Don't buy.

Looks like garbage, there's an ugly black circle where the reader is... personally I don't use that feature and just wanted a screen protector that didn't look terrible. I could have tolerated the black dot, but the glue for the reader is made with something different, and doesn't ever stay fully glued and causes it to constantly have bubbles underneath... both included screens did this. Bad purchase.
