Extremely Poor Service & Worst product – Do Not Buy
Extremely Poor Service – Do Not Buy I strongly advise against buying Western Refrigerator products. The customer service is absolutely pathetic. The support team behaves very rudely and shows no respect for customers. They don’t have the time or patience to listen to issues properly. Instead, they expect you to provide all the information within 2 minutes, and if you can’t, they threaten to disconnect the call. What’s worse, they expect customers to be fully aware of their internal policies instead of guiding them through the process. This is not the kind of service one expects after spending money on a branded product. Verdict: Please do not waste your money on Western Refrigerator. The product may work initially, but if you ever need after-sales support, you will be highly disappointed.
