Are they easier to break than others? Ceylon sticks supposed to be easy breakable.

Yes. It is very soft and easily breakable. All Cassia-type Cinnamon sticks are hard and have high levels of Coumarin a substance known to cause liver damage, while Ceylon Cinnamon is the only soft and brittle Cinnamon with very low Coumarin levels.

Is this really alba grade of cinnamon? there is no information in the package or website of viva doria

I don’t know if it’s alba grade. I don’t recommend it. When I opened the package there was absolutely no cinnamon scent.
