Will this sound system work wirelessly in a different room through the router connected to my desktop pc that provides wifi throughout my house?

No. The Soundsticks wireless are Blutooth wireless and do not connect through WiFi. WiFi and Blutooth are two different wireless communication media. If you have devices that have Blutooth capabilities, then you can connect to the SoundSticks with Blutooth. The range of connection is about 50-60 feet so you can be in one room with your device and connect to the speakers in another room. However, environment interference can shorten that range. I found that the Bluetooth connection drops from Apple's Mini iPad but works really well from our laptops and desktop.

How far apart can the three parts be from each other?

The 2 smaller speakers are attached to the larger sub-woofer with cables. Each of these cables is about 6 feet long. If you had the sub-woofer right in the middle and spread the smaller speakers on either side it would be about 12 feet.

Which is the left-satellite and which is right-satellite? They aren't labeled.

Can I directly connect it to a 220V outlet?
