Good Outdoor Table, Just Manage Expectations
I recently got the STIGA Baja outdoor table for my patio, and overall I’m pleased—but with a few caveats. It handles casual play well, but don’t expect it to perform like an indoor table. What works: • The build feels solid for an outdoor model. It’s weather-resistant and the materials (aluminum/composite top, powder-coated frame) seem durable enough to handle sun, rain, and occasional dampness. • It’s decently easy to set up—took a couple of hours with two people—and the folding/rolling mechanism is handy for storage. • For backyard matches and family play, the bounce is acceptable. It’s not perfect, but good enough for fun, relaxed games. What I noticed as trade-offs: • The bounce tends to be a bit “tinny” in places—less consistent than indoor tables or premium outdoor models. Some spots feel more lively than others. • Leveling the table on uneven ground is a bit of a pain. Getting both halves perfectly aligned takes effort, and small surface irregularities show up in play. • Over time, minor surface deformations or slight warps may develop—especially if you leave it out uncovered in harsh weather. A table cover is basically a must if you want it to last. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a table that lets you play outdoors without worrying about rain or warping, the STIGA Baja is a solid, middle-tier choice. It’s great for casual players, families, or use when you don’t want to lug something indoor/outdoor every day. Just don’t expect tournament-level bounce or perfect precision long term.

So Happy
Great Table!!!! Easy to assemble. Haven't stopped using the table since we got it last month. However, I have a strange feeling that the table was used because it arrived with quite a few minor scratches and wear on the casters.

Horrible uneven bounces, Stiga should NOT sell this s***
For those you said you love this table, you are a ping pong no vice. For those who hates the uneven bounce. Please call Stiga and give them hell. I bought one, assembled it with lots of care, then VERY disappointed with the bounce. 90% of the area bounce back a ball to its 70% height, and 10% of the area with support rails, bounce back 95% .... roughly speaking. How the hell Stiga can sell a table like this! I yet have to call them tomorrow!

This is what you should know to avoid surprise
Assembly may be take 2 hours for two. Instruction is very hard to follow because the drawings of hardwares and very busy not realistic (photos should have been used) Two sides do not butt together and stay 1 inch apart. Net bracket is made if low quality plastic and bent under stress. Ball clearly bounces higher along the sides and rear edge where the frame reinforces and stiffens the surface. Ball bounces less inside the table This can be very annoying to sensitive players

DO NOT BUY
This table is absolutely horrible. The bounce is awful and the table is literally almost too noisy to play on. Stiga should be ashamed of putting out such a sub-par product. Avoid any of these tables with the aluminum composite surface.
