does it come in one and a half fitter size??

I don’t know what that means exactly but we took wire snippets and cut out the small middle hole leaving about a 1 1/2 inch hole then screwed the shade directly into our euro sized fitter.

Can I use a 200 watt blub ?

I would doubt that you could use 200 watt unless some firm that does not emit the heat of a regular lightbulb. I have never used anything more than 150 watt with any lamp shade
