Delivery was quick. Instructions very easy to follow, including QR video tutorial link. Product is sturdy and well-made. Both lids fall down slowly. Color, wood finish very nice. I highly recommend this product.)

I got the natural to replace an oak seat after a neighbor in my apartment building complained she heard the toilet seat slamming shut through her pipes and even went so far as to buy me a soft close white seat instead of just telling me first. After politely thanking her for letting me know and to not wait so long if noise from my apartment bothered her I said I would buy my own, as I liked my wood seat, and the one she had bought was an easy return. I really love the look and weight of it, though some have posted it's not real wood but wood composite and it has that same weight as my old seat, and the natural oak look and feel of wood is pretty authentic to me...very easy to install. I at first arranged a return thinking it was an inch short and luckily went back to the amazon site and saw I had missed the instruction to rotate the hinges...voila absolutely perfect fit! And the soft close works as advertised. Amazing! Don't hesitate it's a game changer to happy neighbors or late night family members who won't be woken up by a slam of a toilet lid. Who knew?

This appears to be a nice toilet seat, if you don't look too close. The "Wood" finish is nothing more than a sticker. Less than 12 hours after installation, the sticker is bubbling and starting to peel off. Less than 1 day of use! I would never buy this seat again. It's disappointing and definitely not worth $50/

I removed my old toilet seat before even opening this new one. I should have checked to make sure I had everything I needed. Now I'm running out to Home Depot hoping they'll have the pieces I need that didn't come in the packaging. One anti-slip gasket and one stopper are missing, and I'm not entirely sure I'll find replacements. I would rather not put my old seat on and wait for customer service to respond to an email just for them to take a few days to ship the pieces I need. So I'm a bit annoyed. I will say, the seat seems to be decent quality. Maybe the seat it's replacing wasn't the best quality, but this new one seems heavier and sturdier. I saw a few reviews saying it doesn't clear the lip of the seat, but I have a feeling the brackets weren't turned like the instructions say. It fits my round standard toilet perfectly. Now I just need the pieces to finish installing it... Edit: I had to email the company because no hardware store had the right size for the hardware I needed. The company responded really fast and it only took 48 hours for the replacements to arrive! Now that I've been able to use this seat, I must say it's not all that comfortable. But it's a toilet seat, not a lounge chair.

Easy to install yes but it almost constantly moves to matter how much you’ve tightened it. I’m giving up and buying a new one, but not this one.

When I first got this product, I opened it up outside and it was sunny. I thought it looked kind of plastic but it seemed to be sturdy enough. It is getting closer to 2 years now so I have been able to test this thoroughly and examine its features closely. First, it is solid. Nothing has weakened or changed from day one. Next, although it looked plastic in direct sunlight, In the bathroom it looks very real even with some natural light from the outside (screened through frosted windows). Functionally, it is great. The seat just pops off as it is held on with just loaded ball bearings. Super easy to clean in the bathtub. With the seat off, the toilet is super easy to clean too. I have a high speed, low volume toilet. My toilet is prone to splashing some water and over time it accumulates and looks disgusting. I can clean everything up in a flash and very thoroughly as the toilet seat isn't in the way and put it back together just as easy. I think that after experiencing it for a long period o time, I can give it an honest 5 star rating.

I like it overall. I read another review on here that said you have to be smarter than the toilet seat. I'd agree with this sentiment. They call it a "quick release" hinge, when it's really a couple of screws on each side with an allen key that you have to tighten very securely to ensure the seat is secured, otherwise the seat pulls right out. It's not easy to get at these little screws to tighten or untighten so "quick release" doesn't really make sense. The nuts to hold the hinges on also have to be tightened very tight so it stays in place or the hinges may rotate and the seat will slide around. Once I had it all secured tightly, the seat was rigid and looks alright. Soft close works nicely.

Looks good but it says will not loosen even. It most certainly has loosened and is very wobbly.
